Enter your credit or debit card details.
Click “Pay”.

Your payment will be processed within 24 business hours. You will receive an email with the confirmation of your purchase.

You will receive a purchase confirmation email to the email provided.

Roy Nilson’s team will prepare the jewel to send it by UPS or DHL depending on the destination address, then the parcel will deliver to the address provided by the client.

Once the order is received, you will be informed of the approximate shipping date of the identical jewel in quality, material and dimensions as shown in the image of our online store.

To request a special design you must provide us with an image or drawing specifying measurements and materials to be used, later you will receive one or more proposals for evaluation.

The delivery time depends on the postal code of the applicant. Our company has a 24-hour express service in most of the entire Mexican Republic and in most cities in the USA, in the case of Europe and the rest of the world, it affects distance. Delivery times may be altered according to weather conditions.

At the time the shipment is dispatched, you will be provided via email with the shipping information and the tracking code for electronic tracking.
